However,  ROSERAIN products have one year warranty .ROSERAIN will address defective products on a case by case basis. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect please contact customer service immediately at 0755-84826063 or via email at info@iroserain.com

No Returns

All products are non-returnable after point of purchase including Gift Cards. We do not accept returns given the intimate nature of the product, even if the boxes are unopened. Our no-returns policy ensures that customers can trust that their toy has never been touched by another customer.

Exchanges

ROSERAIN will replace any ROSERAIN item with the same item if they have a manufacturing defect or damage, regardless of purchase point. If you feel you have reason to receive a replacement item, please send us an email at info@iroserain.com

Please include photos of the defect or damage, as well as Proof of Purchase (receipt, photo, purchase confirmation) if you did not purchase through our web store.

Lost Packages

If your package was not delivered, lost, or stolen, please first contact UPS or Fedex to file a Lost Package Claim, then contact ROSERAIN at 0755-84826063 or via email at info@iroserain.com

Refunds & Cancelled Orders

If you would like to Cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately at 0755-84826063 or via email at info@iroserain.com

We are sorry: we cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been processed in Shipping. ROSERAIN cannot refund shipping costs once an order has been placed & processed. However, please contact Customer Service immediately if you wish to place additional orders for combined shipping.
